    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the Governing Board of the San Marcos Unified School District to form Community Facilities District No 7 of the San Marcos Unified School District for the purpose of providing funds to plan for, study, design, acquire, construct, finance or refinance the costs of public facilities authorized to be funded, including, but not limited to, school facilities and related facilities, to fulfill needs for public facilities and supporting infrastructure resulting from development within CFD No 7 and authorize a levy of a special tax to pay for the Facilities as may be permitted by law presently or in the future.
