Information for SubFinder

Enter your last name and your password. (Your password is your social security number unless you have changed your PIN #)

To report an absence

• Click on "Report Absence"
• Follow the rest of the prompts

To change your password (PIN #)

• Click on "Personal Info"
• Click your cursor to "PIN", just type your new PIN number in this box and then
• click the "SAVE" button at the bottom of the page.

Checking Sick Leave & Vacation Balances

• Click on "Personal Info"
• Click on the tab "Leave Control"
• This will show you your current balances and time used (time shown is in hours).
• To calculate the numbers of days divide the hours by the hours you work per day, this should give you total days available.

Running an absence report

• Click on "Job Review"
• To run your own absence report click on the "Date" box.
• Put in a date range (first date you would like the report and last date)
• Click on "Run Request"
• This will give you a report of all your absences depending on the date range you put in.
