LOCAL CONTROL ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN (LCAP)The Governor's budget for education has mandated that every school district in California needs to create a Local Control Accountability Plan.We were able to get feedback regarding the eight state priorities from our community via a survey. Our Leadership and Consultant Task Force worked together to create our Local Control Accountability Draft Plan. Our Governing Board approved the plan at the Special Board Meeting on June 23, 2014, and the San Diego County Office of Education has also reviewed it.
