Contacting your Counselor
- For any issues Pertaining to Academics, such as graduation, schedule changes, or credit inquires, parents/guardians and students need to talk to their alpha-assigned school counselor.
If you are a Student, and you want to meet with your school counselor, you have several options.
- Walk in to the Counseling Office before school, during break, during lunch, or after school (no appointment is necessary). This method is best for students who have a minor concern or question that can be addressed quickly.
- Fill out a "Request to See Your School Counselor" form (available in the Counseling Office) and the write down the nature of your concern. This method is best for students who have a concern or question that may take more time to address.
- Walk in anytime. This method is ONLY for students who have a concern that needs immediate attention. A student who needs immediate attention should report to the secretary, who will assess the situation and contact whichever school counselor is available to assist the student.
