Submit a Tech Request

  • If you are having trouble with your computer, student computer, printer, projector or some other school supplied technology device - please submit a Tech Request. 
  • Click link to be directed to the Tech Request page.
  • Log in using your username (without @smusd.org) and password - (this is the same as your email)
  • Click the New Ticket tab from the upper left of the screen
  • Select Technology from the drop-down under Group
  • Fill in all fields that have a red asterisk (*) by them
  • Click on Save Changes to send your request
