The Board of Trustees of the San Marcos Unified District is seeking qualified, engaged community members to serve on the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (“CBOC”) for the implementation of the District’s Measure JJ School Facilities Bond program. After a bond authorized under Proposition 39 is passed, state law requires that the SMUSD Board of Trustees appoint a Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee to work with the District.
