    Make up all absences after school at KnightZone Weight Training in the weight room on Tuesday-Thursday from 3pm-4pm.Every 40 minutes is a full day and every 20 minutes is a half day and if you miss a block day you need to make up 80 minutes. Mondays,Fridays and the 2nd half of the block will be our activity time{whatever unit we are in at the time}Tuesdays will be campus run days and the first half of the block will be conditioning/fitness time. We have 3 units during the 1st semester 1.soccer 2. basketball 3. football
