    Knob Hill Elementary School Renovation 

     

    Project Scope:

    • Renovation of existing buildings, site reconfiguration, and replacement of portable buildings with permanent buildings

     

    Contractor: Balfour Beatty Construction Co.

    Budget: $94M Measure JJ and multiple funding sources

    Construction: Began Summer 2025

    Mission Hills High School Sitewide Athletic Improvements 

     

    Project Scope:

    • Stadium: Replacement of artificial turf and replacement of synthetic track 
    • Practice Field: Replacement of grass field with artificial turf and installation of field lights
    • Tennis Courts: Replacement of ten (10) tennis courts with eight (8) new post-tension concrete tennis courts and conversion of two (2) existing tennis courts into three (3) beach volleyball courts. New drainage of the surrounding slopes

     

    Contractor: C.W. Driver

    Budget: $13.5M - Measure JJ and CFD

    Construction: Began June 2025

    Project Scope:

    • Renovation of existing buildings, site reconfiguration, and replacement of portable buildings with permanent buildings

     

    Contractor: Lusardi Construction Co.

    Budget: $105.2M - Measure JJ and multiple funding sources

    Construction: Began September 26, 2025 for Phase I to include removal of portables 505/506, add temp power, and begin construction on Building H.
