Project Scope:

• Modernization of existing buildings, site reconfiguration, and replacement of portable buildings with either portable or permanent buildings

Budget: $94M – Measure

Mission Hills High School Sitewide Athletic Improvement Project

Project Scope:

• Stadium: Replacement of artificial turf and replacement of synthetic track including the “D” area
• Practice Field: Replacement of grass field with artificial turf and installation of field lights
• Tennis Courts: Replacement of ten (10) tennis courts with eight (8) new post-tension concrete tennis courts and conversion of two (2) existing tennis courts into three (3) beach volleyball courts. New drainage of the surrounding slopes.

Budget: $13.5M - Measure  and CFD

Woodland Park Middle School Renovation Project (In design)

Project Scope:

• Modernization of existing buildings, site reconfiguration, and replacement of portable buildings with permanent buildings

Budget: $105.2M - Measure and multiple funding sources

Construction begins late fall 2025

Carrillo Elementary School Drainage, Turf, and Asphalt Project

Project Scope:

• Removal and replacement of existing fields with artificial turf mounted on top of external drainage system
• Installation of retention seat walls
• Installation of shade structure
• Removal and replacement of existing asphalt play areas with newly designed play area including ball walls, basketball standards, and tetherball poles

Budget: $12.75M - Capital Facilities Redevelopment Fund and CFD
