Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is Here!

The 2026 Open Enrollment dates are October 6th – October 31st

Changes made during Open Enrollment will take effect on January 1, 2026

Open enrollment is that one time of year when employees can make changes to their benefits enrollment or enroll in new plans. This is the designated time to make these important decisions. Once this window closes, you can't make any changes until next year, unless you have a major life event like getting married or having a baby. So, take a moment to look over all your options and choose what's right for you and your family for the year ahead.

American Fidelity Meetings

This year, the district is moving to a new, more efficient online benefits platform called AFenroll, in partnership with American Fidelity. This new system will streamline the enrollment process for all medical, dental, vision, and most supplemental benefits. Moving forward, employees will also have the ability to review their health and supplemental benefits in one convenient location.

To ensure a smooth and successful transition, all benefit-eligible employees will be required to meet with an American Fidelity representative during this Open Enrollment. They will be on-site to guide employees with enrollment using the new platform.
