Community Facilities Districts, or "CFDs," within the San Marcos Unified School District have been an essential tool to help the District build the necessary school facilities for our growing community. CFDs normally appear on a taxpayer's property tax bill or County Assessor's Notice if the property is within a CFD boundary or overlay.  Below are the various reports for the CFDs provided to comply with Assembly Bill 1666.
