Child Nutrition Services Home

We are happy to share information about our school meals and California’s Universal School Meals Program. 

Every student may receive one nutritious breakfast and one lunch at no cost each school day, regardless of household income. Breakfast is available before school, and lunch is offered during the school day. Your child is always welcome to enjoy either or both meals, and you do not need to complete a meal application for them to participate. For your reference, breakfast and lunch menus are available on our CNS website.

While meals are free for all students, families are able to complete the confidential meal application on the School Cafe website. Depending on eligibility, the application may connect your family with additional benefits, such as:

• SUN Bucks summer food benefits
• Reduced fees for certain school activities, tests, or services
• Other local, state, or community assistance programs

The information provided may help our schools qualify for additional funding through California’s Local Control Funding Formula and other programs. This funding can support classroom resources and other important services for students.

 Participation is optional, and application information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
